At first sight , it looks a standard wrapper, but the ultrasonic longitudinal sealing makes it a revolutionary wrapping machine in the flowpack world.

The advantages:

• The longitudinal sealing area is completely cold
• Waste decrease : during the machine stoppages the products near the longitudinal sealing area are not ejected at the restart
• Compatibile with all the wrapping materials normally used in the flowpack world up to a speed of 80 m/min

Lean Thinking

A few months ago Cavanna started its fight agains all the kind of wastes by implementing the "Lean Manufacturing" to decrease the delivery times of turn key equipments, and to allocate more time for the design and the trials. Besides, Cavanna is increasing Its productive area (adding about 2.500 sq.m.) to improve the processing of the most complex equipments.
