Recently transformed, our Service Department is now staffed by experts from our testing area and spare parts department, working together as a strategic member of Cavanna's sales force.
Our Service Department has the same goal as our Sales Office (always alert to our customers' needs): to offer "utility" as the synthesis of the machinery-technical services supply.
For system start-ups, and to offer the most specific and complete competence and know-how possible, we use the same staff that conducted final testing.
In addition, thanks to an independent structure composed of 8 Cavanna personnel (technicians and office staff) and 8 outside technicians (qualified by experience in the field and by continuous training), we offer:
- Supply guarantee covering mechanical (up to 20 years after purchase
of the machine/system) and electronic parts for:
- Spare Parts
- New sizes and/or changes in use
- Technical service consisting of:
- Installation of machines or parts, new and used.
- Training of customer personnel at Cavanna and at the customer.
- Preventive maintenance.
- On-site repairs.
