The functions to operate the unit are simple.
The box is formed with just one multiple sampling with suction cups, then directly delivered on a conveyor that transports the box to the
filling and closing stations.
The filling is carried out by a picking head which senses the products from the vertical arrangement device (VMC).
Finally, the closing of the box is made by a multi-head picking unit that closes the cover and glues the lateral flaps.
This technical solution of the vertical arrangement device with continuous motion (VMC), coupled with the oscillating insertion device (Cavanna patent), makes it possible to connect the G35 with high-speed packaging machines with up to 800 ppm.

boxes are inserted directly - during the forming phase - in the chain conveyor and from the latter, without ever leaving them or transferring them to another system, they are taken to their closing and ejection.
