Cavanna was able to leverage the experience and knowledge of its professional personnel by starting a Project of Human Resources Development with the objective being to increase their service competence and measure job performance. Great attention is given to the training both in terms of continuous training of their engineers and training of the new members of their staff. With this purpose Cavanna has built up a proper training school with three main aims:
- Reduce the gap between the school training and the working needs.
- Reduce the internal training lead time by specific courses.
- Focus on training that will create a continuous improvement mentality and behavior.
Over the years Cavanna has worked in partnership with many Secondary Schools, Universities and technical schools, to enhance Cavanna's training personnel. To give a complete complement of service activities, Cavanna proposes Training Courses to our Customer's technical staff, to be attended at Cavanna or at Customer's site directly.
