ZERO4 WASH DOWN
Cavanna Packaging USA is pleased to announce the introduction of the new Zero4 sanitary flow wrapping system. This new state-of-the-art flow wrapper follows the sanitary design criteria as outlined by the leading USA food manufacture's guidelines. This machine is ideal for any application were there are concerns regarding allergens, bacteria and where pressure wash cleaning is required. This system features stainless steel construction, fall through product handling areas, limited flat surfaces and frame separations by round stock. As with all Cavanna wrappers this model features a fully exchangeable rotary crimper assembly, for quick change over and maintenance. Ideally suited for the medium speed market, the new Zero4 machine is capable of heat seal speeds up to 60 meters per minute and higher when running cold seal materials.
REFURBISHMENT
Cavanna Packaging USA offers a complete refurbishment service for legacy flow wrapping machines at our 20,000 square foot Duluth, GA facility. This gives Cavanna the possibility to provide low cost machines for sale or rent with an accelerated turnaround time. Cavanna has developed a modification kit for the mechanical Zero7 wrappers in order to upgrade these to electronic machines (ZERO 7E). The process consists of: a complete mechanical refurbishment with replacement of all worn parts with new parts of latest technology (materials and design); replacement of the main drive motor, transmission chains and sprockets, PIV and differential gearbox with a set of servo driven motors to operate the different functions of the machine. Also this includes supplying a new control panel with commercial parts, electronic drives, touch screen HMI, Sercos technology and software. After refurbishment these wrappers are offered with a 12 month guarantee as with new machines.
PULLNOSE
A Pull nose belt feeder for precise product positioning and feeding into the lug chain of a flow wrapper. Sanitary design travelling pull nose feeder is ideal for sticky products as it can be run in full non-contact mode. This feeder is available as a fully wash-down model, with easy disassembly (without tools) and is fully integrated with Cavanna's range of flow wrapping equipment using an Allen Bradley controls platform.
