ZERO5 BOX MOTION
The benefit of the Zero5 Box Motion is the fact it offers longer sealing time than a conventional rotary sealing jaw machine. The heated sealing jaw continuously follows the moving product and film allowing for higher seal integrity on thick gauge laminated films which are commonly used in the Pharmaceutical or Pet Food Industries where hermetically sealed and gas flushed packages might be required. In addition, the system is designed for the easy installation of a longitudinal ultrasonic sealing device, if desired. This high speed wrapper is capable of nominal speeds of 130-150 packs per minute and for some applications the machine can run up to 180 packs per minute. What makes the Zero5 Box Motion so impressive is its robust design, the high speed in which it can run hard to seal films that require extra time and extra pressure for heat penetration.
NEW ZERO4
The new Cavanna ZERO4 wrapping machine has been developed from the success of the previous model and is considered to have better hygienic and ergonomic capabilities. There are three different versions that are the answers to the markets' demand: painted carbon steel, stainless steel frame and wash down. The new Zero4 is a machine with the groups mounted cantilevered, driven by brushless motors and controlled through a colour touch screen interface with an intuitive and easy operation program. With a wrapping speed up to 400 packs/minute using heat sealable material, the Zero4 wrapper is the perfect answer from Cavanna for medium-high speed applications in different fields of applications (such as chocolate, confectionery, bakery, frozen food and pharma), and offers the best balance between cost and performance.
