Export Focused Corporate Culture 15/03/2017

"Export is a cultural matter rather than commercial: it requires updates, continuous study, a high propensity to human relationships and above all is a team work that cannot be managed by one person, in particular when it represents 85% of our turnover, as it is in our company ":   this is what Alessandra Cavanna, CEO of the Prato Sesia group  in finance, human resources, legal affairs and sustainability, told a group of 80 new graduated students during a two-day intensive training at the Novara Chamber of Commerce on  11th March.
The "Talent for Export" project, promoted by CRT- Cassa di Risparmio Foundation in Turin and supported by the Piedmont Unioncamere, involved other local leading companies, such as Igor (fresh products), Rastelli Rubinetterie and MEMC Electronic Materials.  With Alessandra contribution, the students could have an in-depth view of the export development in Brazil as a practical case with lots of suggestions and possible errors to avoid
